WebI have the same problem since the bios update, the only workaround is to either downgrade the bios by one version or go to lenovo vantage and use the fn function from there to lit or unlit the fn key, while the function can still be changed normally. Or, Computer Management > Device Manager > System devices > Fn and function keys (I think)
