Less commonly, parties may also agree to refer disputes to adjudication through contractual agreement. WebAdjudication is a “fast track” binding interim method of dispute resolution introduced by section 108 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. It is available under all relevant construction contracts, where the dispute is decided by an independent and impartial Adjudicator.
